TURNSTILE

TURNSTILE!!! I love this band. However, I noticed something about a year ago when they started to release singles for their new album. They were going for a different sound, one that didn’t match the designs of previous merchandise that they’d released prior to their new music. So I took it upon myself to use some of their existing assets and combine them new designs to create physical products that would accurately represent their new direction. I chose much brighter colors and graphics that would make sense alongside their more dreamy punk sound as well as incorporating graphic elements that paid homage to prior releases. I handmade several screens for this project and used designs that would work across several different products. In particular tee shirts and tote bags, all of which I hand printed myself.
